Abstract

The study investigates elements that influence the quality of logistics talent training in vocational institutions in Zhejiang Province as influenced by the PDCA model. The study aims to provide ideas for improving training and aligning it with industry priorities. A quantitative research approach is used in this study. The questionnaires were delivered to 50 students and 20 professors from various vocational colleges in Zhejiang Province. The goal is to understand the acquired data and evaluate them through SPS. The descriptive statistics and correlations helped establish the trends in the data. The study established a strong correlation among variables like curriculum design, faculty qualification, technological integration, and practical training. The difficulties connected with implementing the PDCA model in the vocational training environment are evident in the mixed perspectives on its efficiency. The study suggests improving the curriculum to meet industry expectations and prioritizing faculty development, including providing enough funding and infrastructure improvements. Promoting student participation and encouraging practical training experiences through interactive learning approaches can improve logistics talent training in vocational colleges. Also, resolving the problems associated with adopting the PDCA model is critical for realizing its potential benefits in training.
